About Giselle
I am Peruvian by birth, currently living in Washington. I am a cancer survivor, and I love teaching and helping children, young people, and women who are going through depression. I truly believe that many people are not heard, and this deeply affects them, especially during their hardest times.
I enjoy exercising, eating well, making costumes, attending Comic-Con, visiting Disney and Universal, volunteering, playing video games and board games, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends. I also love dancing, practicing kung fu, listening to music, singing, playing drums, and acting. I would love to record a movie someday, haha—I have many hobbies!
In my country, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, but I dedicated myself to writing and illustrating books. These books are bilingual (Spanish and English). I'm also pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling because I have a passion for psychology as well.
Even though I don’t understand English perfectly, I can understand a lot thanks to my husband, who is American and also speaks Spanish.
