About April
Helping beginners build tracks from scratch is why I teach. Standing in the studio watching a student nail a drum pattern for the first time feels incredible. After 13 years in music production and singing, my focus is simple.
I help independent artists and teens make real music from day one. I have taught countless students across my 13 years in the industry.
It is a genuine pleasure to watch someone move from a spark of an idea to a finished record. My process is always hands-on.
We listen back to your work to see where improvements happen. I keep things practical because that is how you actually learn.
The workflow I use mirrors a real session environment. I have seen many aspiring artists find their voice this way. It just works.

You will master DAW fundamentals in Logic Pro, Ableton, or FL Studio. We cover mixing, vocal recording, and drum programming during our time together. Mastering basics and tempo adjustments are also on the table. You might want to get started this week.
