About Lily
I have worked with Action Mental Health, helping deliver classes. I have also had my own personal journey with anxiety and through therapy I have learnt many techniques on how to change negative thinking to positive! During this time, I also started a group in school, helping to teach peers how to overcome unhealthy thinking and get back on the right track! Xx

I will start by talking about what unhealthy thinking is. I will then direct to different sights and useful apps that you can use to help you change your thinking style. From here, we’ll start looking at mediation and journalling. I will teach you how to properly journal. There will also be group discussions and open conversations about what other people have found to work for them. There will be no disrespect or judgment allowed during these discussions!
