About Santi
I am a third year student who has always been a sports lover. Since I was little I have practiced all kinds, tennis, soccer, paper, swimming, athletics, cycling, surfing, etc. In the last 4 years I have been very interested in the world of fitness, training through personal classes or simply reading and informing myself, so today I have extensive knowledge about nutrition and training.

My trainings are adapted to the client depending on the objectives that he has. For example, the client may aim to lose weight or muscle, so depending on it the training will be different, in the first case it will be more aerobic activities, while in the second we would focus more on strength training. I have the basic material for it, be it dumbbells, bungee cords, TRX, etc. My classes are therefore aimed at people of any age and level, whatever their objective.
