About María
Hi! I am María, I am 25 years old and I live in Malaga. I am studying a degree in digital design and creation since design and English are my two passions. I have been learning English since I was 12 years old in a self-taught way, the English we learned in class did not seem enough to me and I made an effort to understand it and speak it as if I were a native speaker. I am a hard worker, since I was 18 I have had all kinds of jobs; waitress, cashier, restocker and of course teaching. English is one of the most important elements for any person's future employment, besides, knowing languages opens doors and opportunities to other countries and cultures, that's why I like it and I strive to teach it, trying to make my students see it as a tool in their lifes and not just as another subject to study for.

For the little ones (5-9 years old) I use didactic and entertaining learning techniques; songs, games, etc.
With older children I like to use index cards according to the subject of study to improve written comprehension.
With adolescents or young people I use all kinds of methods such as writing, listening and reading. I also like to make sure that my students have understood and know how to make use of what they have learned in one topic before moving on to the next.
