I am currently in training to become a fully qualified personal trainer alongside working out every day myself and taking on clients to hopefully help improve body confidence and moral or just to get them out of there gym plateau after hours in my current day job.

Although I am young I have years of experience and I pride myself in making sure I know what I am talking about with constant research and learning alongside my clients, I am well informed on losing body fat and/or creating muscle or strength. All in my goal is to help people feel better about themselves as that is what exercise has done for me.
