About Kashish

I am a certified zumba instructor with an experience of 4+ years
I have been a choreographer and a dance instructor for quite some time now. I have choreographed wedding receptions, school annual functions, etc. Love myself when I am working with my body. I currently have many students learning Zumba and dance from me.

Imagine giving your body better cardiovascular and mental fitness. I offer you the best techniques to loosen up your extra fat and toxins out of your body. Offering dancing, exercising, stretching, meditating in just an hour. Mental health is equally important, hence providing you a peaceful environment by introducing meditation at the end of our hourly sessions. No boring but only entertaining fitness and mental health is my only motive.

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    Dancing has always been my passion, a love ignited in my childhood by my aunt, an incredible dancer who danced with me every day. She nurtured the dancer within me, and from that point on, I eagerly participated in every dance competition and cultural event. People around me admired my dancing skills and often asked me to teach them, which sparked my interest in teaching dance and Zumba.

    As I grew older and dealt with being slightly overweight, I developed a deep interest in fitness, diets, and adopting a healthier lifestyle. This journey has shaped my love for dance and my commitment to teaching and promoting health and wellness through movement.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    My motivation for teaching dance and Zumba stems from a deep desire to be self-reliant and pursue my passion for dancing.
    The unwavering support of my loved ones has always driven me to strive for greatness, and I want to make them proud. Through dance, I aim to help people feel good about themselves, because dancing is more than just movement-it's a powerful expression of emotion.
  • How does your work help society?

    In today's world, many people lack confidence due to their dancing abilities, so my goal is to help them discover confidence within themselves.
    Zumba not only aids in weight loss and enhances body flexibility but also fosters self-assurance and promotes a healthier lifestyle.
    Personal training offers individuals the opportunity to prioritize self-care and embrace a healthy way of living.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    My aunt, my father's sister, is my ultimate role model. Her passion for dance ignited the same fire within me, and she played a pivotal role in nurturing my love for dancing. Her unwavering support and encouragement gave me the confidence to pursue teaching dance, for which I am deeply grateful.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    I consider myself a highly creative individual with a passion for music, arts, and meticulous planning. Proficient in computer skills, I thoroughly enjoy designing and organizing tasks with careful attention to detail. Additionally, I find great joy in content writing and expressing my creativity through words.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    Throughout my teaching journey, I've experienced significant personal growth. In my initial days as a teacher, I lacked confidence and maturity. However, through interactions with parents and clients from diverse backgrounds, I've gained invaluable insights into different cultures and personalities. This journey has inspired me to dedicate myself to continuous growth, both as a choreographer and fitness instructor, as I strive to evolve both personally and professionally.
