Hello There, My name is Valeri Shah and I am a yoga instructor, yoga therapist, and a sound healer. I am extremely passionate about our ancient traditional wisdom and how we can use it for our advantage and for our health. Hence I like helping other people improve their lives through this beautiful wisdom.

My teaching style focuses more on developing the mind-body connection and taking care of both physical health as well as mental health. I take classes for age group - 18+ and I try to incorporate basic plus advanced asanas based on the practitioner's competence.
