About Sonal

14 years experience helping students in various setups- 1 on 1 private class, therapeutic yoga, corporate class, yoga studios, yoga retreat, group yoga in public places etc.

Apart from the International Teacher Training, I have also studied Yoga Anatomy separately.

I teach awareness-based body movements, simple breathing techniques & methods to be more self aware & harmonious. I work at the BEGINNERS level because it's about simplicity & a solid foundation. & Zen mind is a "Beginner's" mind.

I'm also trained with a 2 yr diploma in Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy, a touch based meditative healing method. I am exposed to various other healing/self work modalities such as the feldenkrais movement method, pranic healing, ayurvedic accupressure etc. I am also a professional Tarot reader.

Most importantly, I'm am a transformation coach & a catalyst helping clients break through stuckness in various areas of life to gain clarity & direction.

All of the above together informs my teaching & working style. I work intuitively with each client.

On my own, I spend a lot of time learning about the human mind & life through the inner inquiry. I'm a learner, a student of life. Whatever little I have discovered on this journey till now, I am happy to share.

~ The class focusses on HOW to do, not just WHAT to do.
~ Special attention given to your physical LIMITATIONS. Together, we either find creative solutions for it or find strength to settle into the limitation.
~ Understanding Your Pain (with compassion & patience) & learning to manage it.
~ Deeper Personal Awareness & Transformations
~ Includes Aasan & other exploratory Movements, Breathing, Meditation & also Habits, Behaviour, Mindset coaching
~ Mostly Awareness, Mobility & Endurance based class unless your system needs a different approach. We miss many details when we are fast. & Your life is already too hectic! Calm Down with my support.

(Yoga is a holistic practice, it doesn't focus on parts alone. It treats the whole body as an integrated energetic conscious system along with the mind. You are not a problem to be fixed with medicines. You need to be understood, & firstly by yourself.)
