About Joe
Im Joe and i'm 18, and about to study Medicine at the University of Glasgow. Having just finished my A-levels i'm fully aware of the Toll Covid has had on learning. I loved asking questions while in a lesson and felt robbed when all i was left with was a textbook that never seemed to make any sense and certainly couldn't answer my questions when i got stuck. What i hope to provide is a relaxed teaching session Where curiosity is in abundance and theres no such thing as a stupid question. If you manage to flummox me, i'm sure we will be able to work towards an answer together.

Personally tailored request based lessons for AQA GCSE Biology and Chemistry. Having received 9s in both subjects in 2019 and going on to secure As in A-levels, i thoroughly enjoy both subjects and strive to help others to as-well. Focusing on specific parts of the course that you may be struggling on or need some more practice with. Teaching of key words, ideas and answering exam style questions to begin, followed by practice with past exam questions. Reflection and future lesson prep to finish. Learning beyond the spec can also help so i may explain in greater detail to drive home understanding.
