About Jolie
Hi, I’ve been taking traditional yoga classes since I was 16. In 2019, I become Hatha and Raja Yoga teaching certified, from Houston Yoga and Ayurvedic Wellness Center! I work with all levels, specializing my classes to your needs. Yoga is a practice that anybody can do, and I’m sure it will be a relaxing experience.

I personalize my classes to fit your needs. Everybody can do yoga, no matter your level, weight, gender, etc. It’s important to find breath and movement that is comfortable for you. I can personalize your class, anywhere from 30-90 minutes, and I have a very flexible schedule! Each class ends with about a little less than 10 minutes of guided meditation. This is, “You,” time.
