About Joeyta
I am a currently law student in Edinburgh . My mother is a certified yoga instructor in India and therefore it is no surprise that I started yoga practicing since I was 12. I have completed my 200 RYT certification and 8 years of experience teaching students of different levels. I am trained to take Hatha, Vinyasa , Yin, Ashtanga and flow sessions.

I focus on breathing, alignment, strength and flexibility.
I structure each weeks sessions depending on the area of engagement. For example core , back bends or hip openers.
