About Sheya
There are no limits to one's potential only those we set ourselves. I have been teaching for 2 years. I did my teacher training in Kerala (South India), where I received my 200 Hour yoga certification. I have also studied level 1 in Pranic healing along with Ayurvedic food practices. I like to teach with passion as everyone deserves the true teachings of yoga. It is a total mind, body and spiritual experience.

I have trained in South India. I studied Hatha, and I also teach Vinyasa, and free flow. Additionally I teach in-depth yoga philosophy, along with pranayama and meditation. I have been teaching for 5 years. I started teaching in Kenya during Covid. I taught privately, on farm stays, beaches, orphanages, and organisations. If you want to gain flexibility within your mind, body, and spirit then please contact me. Yoga has changed my life, and I like to see the change in others too! I truthfully believe that there are no limits, only those we set ourselves.
