About Ailsa

I have been practising yoga for over 5 years now and always knew that yoga teacher training was something I'd do eventually. I was amazed by how much yoga helped me physically and mentally in daily life. If you choose to practise yoga with me you are in safe hands as I have completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training with a course accredited by Yoga Alliance International. I am interested in helping students who are complete beginners who want to start with yoga, and also students of a higher level who would like to reach specific goals. I always offer options which I feel are suitable for the student in terms of injury and physical ability. I look forward to teaching you and helping you to explore this amazing practice!

About the lesson

- I teach online and in person yoga classes for small groups and one on one. - I am patient, teach in a safe way and my lessons for everybody (just let me know your level when you book). -I focus on creative vinyasa sequences, hatha yoga and yoga for beginners and myofascial release -My lessons are typically one hour although I can arrange 90 minute lessons or shorter ones suited to the individual.

Deadly! Ailsa adjusted my posture and gave me other useful tips to get into poses I was having difficulty with, which is exactly what I was looking for and wasn’t getting in group lessons.
