About Lina

I want to pass on my knowledge because I have experienced first-hand how important it is to be there for yourself and others. Through my nursing career and my studies, I have learned how important mindfulness and balance are in life. Yoga has given me a lot of balance and peace personally, and I firmly believe that I should share these experiences. I enjoy working with people, and I see it as my passion to help others get to know their bodies in peace and serenity. Ultimately, I want to help them achieve a higher level of well-being and self-confidence.

About the lesson

With sensitive guidance and individual support, your physical needs are given special attention. Whether in German or English, clear and understandable communication allows you to fully immerse yourself in your yoga practice. We also make sure that our individual lessons are accessible to you so that you can fully benefit from the advantages. Together we can embark on a journey to greater well-being and balance.
