About Sara
I have over Coaching 20yrs experience and have taught thousands of clients in this time. I currently teach online and reach into homes in the USA, South Africa, Australia and UK during the 22 classes weekly that I offer. I have multiple internationally recognised qualifications in Power Yoga, classical and contemporary Dance, Personal Fitness Training, Nutrition Psychology and Holistic Wellbeing Coaching. Ive worked with Olympians, Special Forces,Fortune 500 CEO's, Coaching corporate and private individuals & both large or intimate groups. Many of my students have a deep desire to achieve, heal or simply navigate life with greater joy and resilience. In a private setting through talk-based Coaching and movement integration we achieve profound results, in a class setting and in the corporate environment my Coaching style facilitates leadership and accountability, greater communication & compassion, less anxiety and improved productivity. A happy, healthy team is a more productive, loyal and innovative team.
