About Ankita
Hello!
My name is Ankita, and I am a 2nd-year university student studying Medicine. I achieved the grades AAA in Biology, Chemistry & Psychology in June 2019. I have been a tutor for 4 years.
I can teach the following:
- Maths, English & Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) from KS2 to GCSE
- Biology, Chemistry & Psychology for A-Level
- 11+ Exam Preparation
- Medicine Preparation (Interview Preparation, Personal Statements)
- Basic Skills
I am confident with teaching all the above and have been doing so for the past 4 years. In terms of my experience with 11+ exam preparation, I ran classes/crash courses at my local tuition center in the past specializing in 11+ techniques and exam success.
I have had experience teaching GCSE students in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, and A-Level students in Biology, Chemistry & Psychology.

In my lessons, I start by going through core knowledge/content for the upcoming exams and then moving onto applying this knowledge through tests and past papers questions. It is important to not only be aware of the contents of your exam but being able to apply your knowledge is the most important. Having done the exam process myself, I believe I am the best experienced in teaching you the best exam techniques.
The typical length of my lessons is 1-2 hours. I have had experience teaching GCSE & A-Level students in Chemistry for the past 4 years. My students range from ages 13-19 and work at different levels. I ensure every lesson is engaging and my students leave confident of what they have learnt
