About Maha
I am a 3rd year Biomedical Science student, currently a placement student at Queen's Hospital placed in the Histology lab. In the histology lab I work with the Biomedical scientists on daily patient's samples, due to my experience I am now aware of the pathology behind majority of the cases that are received by the lab. I have a 3 years of teaching experience as I used to volunteer to teach year 7 students in the past.

I love using power point presentations which indicates I enjoy explaining the topic in depth first and then cater questions. I am very friendly and welcome any questions the student has.
For every topic I prepare my own slides and then present it like any teacher would, at the end of the presentation I set questions to ask for reflection. Also, in one to one questions I create a quiz or a mini test to help the student with memorisation. I love giving homeworks.
