About Mia
Hi, I'm Mia! I'm a 3rd Year Nursing Student with college-level experience in Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, Pathophysiology, and Pharmacology.
I have experience leading study groups and creating practice questions and review material. In addition, I enjoy the challenge of learning and teaching complex material.
I use a student-centered and personalized teaching method for learners of all ages. The student and I will create a plan based on their learning style and pace, prior knowledge and experience, and personal interests. We will use games, flashcards, practice questions, and analogies to cement your learning and understanding of the material.
I love teaching and helping others enjoy what they are learning, and I hope we can work together to help you achieve your goals!

Together will create a learning plan that caters to their learning style(s), prior knowledge, and schedule. We will first focus on understanding the content and then "show what we know"! I love using flashcards, games, and practice questions to apply knowledge learned in class.
