About
Hi, I’m Kent Hayashi, a FIFA-licensed football agent and founder of MXTO LLC, with extensive experience in the global football industry. My expertise spans player representation, international networking, and understanding the nuances of athlete development, which enables me to provide tailored coaching sessions that foster both technical growth and mental resilience.
I’m passionate about guiding players to reach their full potential, combining proven methodologies with innovative training techniques. What I love most about coaching is witnessing the transformation of an athlete—not just in their technical abilities but in their confidence and decision-making on and off the pitch.
What sets me apart is my holistic approach. Leveraging my experience as a football agent, I help players not only refine their skills but also prepare for opportunities in professional settings. My sessions focus on personalized drills, tactical understanding, and mental preparation, ensuring each player leaves with actionable improvements.
If you’re looking for a coach who combines a deep understanding of the sport with a genuine commitment to your success, I’d love to work with you!
