I’ve been playing guitar for nearly 30 years and currently perform weekly as a lead electric guitarist. I work well with beginners and early-to-intermediate players who want more than endlessly searching YouTube for guitar advice, and are ready to understand how the guitar actually works.

I tailor lessons to each student’s goals and ability level, with an emphasis on strong fundamentals, clear explanations, and practical application. I firmly believe that understanding how a song works “under the hood” leads to deeper enjoyment, stronger musicianship, and more lasting progress on the instrument.
