About
Hi everyone! My name is Kalea Agpalo, but most people call me Hawaii a nickname I earned while playing women’s flag football in college. I’m a proud graduate of Grand Canyon University, and I’ve been passionate about sports and fitness my whole life. I started playing soccer at just 3 years old and have continued growing as an athlete, playing flag football for the past 5 years. For the last 3 years, I’ve also been working as a personal trainer, helping people reach their goals in the gym. That experience inspired me to start my own business, Hawaii’s Personal Training. I bring the same energy, discipline, and teamwork that I’ve learned through sports into my coaching. When you work with me, you can expect encouragement, patience, and accountability. I love to push my students to do their best while making the process fun and motivating. I’ll do an excellent job because I not only teach skills, but I also care about building confidence, teamwork, and healthy habits that last a lifetime.
