About Rajas
I am a 4th year medical student. I have been giving lessons for the past 3 years. I have given both online and in person tutoring and have helped my students achieve their desired grades. I have also volunteered teaching schools in India.

I feel it is important to find out what the student wants to achieve out of the tutorial and base it accordingly. In terms of structure, it is important to first find out exactly where the student is struggling and then explain the concepts to them in a way in which they understand. After they have grasped the basic concepts, I feel the best way to learn is actively which involves doing questions and testing what knowledge you actually have and highlighting areas where you need to improve, meaning it is also a good way of measuring progress. It is important to motivate the students and build their self confidence so they believe that they can achieve their goals which can only be done by enthusiastic tutors who believe in their students too.
