About Moira
I am a 4th year medical student doctor studying in Leeds. I am involved with peer teaching within the medical school, teaching to prospective students to help them with medical knowledge, and am also a volunteer for Street Doctors, where I teach young people first aid skills.
I know how difficult, stressful and scary applying to medical school can be, and I know the stress of being in medical school, and so I hope I can help students out with practical tips and exam prep.

For prospective and current medical students, I will use example cases to explore the pathophysiology, anatomy, signs and symptoms, and wider effects of a disease or condition, all in a patient-focused way. As a current medical student in my later years, I am well aware of current examination topics.
For prospective students, I will explore areas such as communication, medical ethics, and many more. I will also give advice and support on how to go about applying to medical school, what universities are looking for, and how to present yourself well in interview.
