About Lucy

I am a life long student of yoga. Yoga has helped me so much, and I would love to share with others. I did my RYT 200 hrs Hatha style with Karma teacher Vancouver, and my 300 hr Vinyasa training with Radiantly Alive in Ubud Bali. I love to teach, teaching is learning, and I love to see how different poses work on different body types. I find value in different styles of yoga practice: Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin and restorative. Beside yoga, I am a pianist and a belly dancer. And from all these activities, I have learned to listen. I would like to use what I learned to help my students listen to their body, find the practice that works for themselves, and eventually find a peaceful state of mind.

About the lesson

I believe yoga is for everyone. My lesson are always adapted safely to your body and mind, energizing or restorative.
a class may include: some pranayama and warm ups, a balance of longer holds in strong/balancing poses and faster paced sequences, counter poses and releases, mudras, meditation.
My intention is that you leave the class feeling more focused and peaceful in your mind, and stronger and more flexible in your body.
