About Sarra
Namaste I’m Sarra, a 500h+ certified yoga teacher trained in India, where I studied Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Pranayama, and Meditation. That journey deeply shaped my approach, yoga for me is a path of awareness, connection, and balance, not just physical movement. Originally from Paris and now based in Ponsonby, Auckland, I teach in English and French, offering an inclusive, warm, and mindful space. I honor the Indian roots of yoga and share it with respect, helping my students reconnect with their body, breath, and emotions. Beyond private sessions, I also teach corporate yoga classes and group sessions in studios or workshops, for those who want to cultivate presence and well-being in their daily or professional life.

My classes are fully tailored to your needs, goals, and energy, whether you seek to build strength, improve flexibility, relieve stress, or simply slow down.
Each session combines asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, creating a balance between grounding and flow.
I teach Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga, with an emphasis on mindful movement, alignment, and inner awareness.
You’ll experience a calm and supportive environment where every class adapts to your level, rhythm, and intention.
Classes are available in person (within 10 km of Ponsonby), at your home, office, studio, or outdoors, and online via Zoom.
Each session is designed to help you leave feeling lighter, centered, and deeply connected to yourself.
