Hello! I'm Hana, a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor with extensive training in both Sivananda Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. I have completed a 200-hour certification at Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Sivananda Hatha and a 300-hour certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa at One Breath of Yoga Ashram. My passion lies in helping students discover the transformative power of yoga, guiding them through personalized practices that promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
