About Alexis
I am 500 he certified Yoga instuructor. I amd currently atudying for my Nutritionist certification and licensing through NASM as well. I am Group fitness trained and private yoga trained. I have a passion for helping outhers adopt a healthier and more challenging lifestyoe change to help with fitness ans health. It is my life pirpose to help others gain body positivity through training and Yogic practice along with being able to form healthy habits and mentality.

Let yourself fall in love to hike and experience outdoors yoga, if you are looking to boost your mental clarity, focus and learn to create a calm state of mind. Lets go!!!
For beginners- slight inclines and various temperatures to endure, foresty, desert hilly hikes with picnic area yoga.
intermediate- steeper inclines, faster paced hike with base of mountain yoga.
Advanced- this hike will be both trails for beginner and intermediate plus a volcanic mountain hike with steep rocky grade, so make sure you have comfortable hiking botts that are broken in and heel moleskin protection.
