My tutoring sessions are designed around the 'rote to reason' principle. This means I prioritize reinforcing basic concepts until they become second nature, forming a solid base upon which more complex ideas can be built. Each session is tailored to maximize learning within a timeframe ideal for busy high school students. Lessons last 30 to 60 minutes and are scheduled primarily over weekends, providing flexibility and intensive learning opportunities without overwhelming the student.
As a new tutor, my primary goal is to nurture my teaching skills alongside my academic pursuits. This dual focus enhances my understanding of the subjects. It keeps me aligned with the educational directions and student needs. My approach is fresh, relatable, and continuously evolving, making learning an engaging and dynamic experience.
My lessons are specially designed for high school students of all levels, particularly those enrolled in IB and NCEA programs.
