About Jacqueline
I graduated from UC Berkeley and majored in Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis in developmental genetics.
I have over five years of experience working with world-renowned scientists in UC San Francisco and NYU. The concepts behind scientific principles and techniques I used are often tested upon in AP Bio, college bio courses, and on the MCAT. I have the unique ability to combine the "book learning" and real life application of biology concepts to ensure full understanding.
I recently took the MCAT, so I get it. That test is like camping, intense. But seriously, I recently scored in the 90th percentile (98th in Psych/Soc, 97th in Chem/Physics) and know that though the test is daunting, when broken down into core concepts, it's actually quite doable. I would love to share my techniques and strategies with you.
I am also in the midst of my own medical school application process and have already received acceptances. If you have any questions about the MCAT, letters of recommendation, personal statements, or interviews, I can definitely give you advice.

I believe my education and hands-on experience give me a unique background into biology. I know it is so much easier to learn the WHY behind science concepts rather than just blindly memorizing facts and figures. I give my students the tools they need to see the big picture and how their topics relate to each other.
