Bio of Dr. Eleazar Anthony Noel Dr. Eleazar Anthony Noel is an accomplished educator and business professional with extensive academic and industry experience. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration with a research focus on Entrepreneurship Education from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. Additionally, he earned a Master of Arts in Education from Liverpool John Moores University and an MBA specializing in Marketing Management from the Australian Institute of Business. Dr. Noel's qualifications are further strengthened by a Graduate Certificate in Business Research Methods, Project Management Professional and a Graduate Diploma in Management. Currently, he teaches Marketing Management, Research, Entrepreneurship, International Marketing, Ethics, CSR and Business Environment Analysis at University Canada West, where he inspires students to become critical thinkers, proactive learners, and future business leaders through dynamic, real-world learning experiences. Dr. Noel’s career spans numerous roles, including adjunct lecturer positions at Caribbean institutions such as the University of the West Indies (Open Campus) and the Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality Institute. His professional achievements include co-founding the Entrepreneur Family Credit Union Cooperative Society, serving as CEO and Training Consultant of ELE Training and Consultancy Service Limited, and holding leadership roles in event management, business development, and marketing initiatives across the Caribbean. As a published author, he has contributed to the field of entrepreneurship through works like Get Connected: Making the Right Connections and his doctoral thesis on entrepreneurship education in TVET institutions. With expertise in entrepreneurship, marketing, business development and project management, Dr. Noel has received multiple accolades, including the First-Time Author Award from NALIS Library and the Micro Entrepreneurship Tutor of the Year Award from YTEPP Limited. His commitment to fostering entrepreneurial intent and professional growth extends to his leadership roles on the boards of the Entrepreneur Family Credit Union and Ibusol Limited. Dr. Noel’s contributions continue to impact students and professionals alike, empowering them to excel in a competitive global business environment.
