About Judith

I trained in Acting and Musical Theatre and developed my professional career working both nationally and internationally. I am also a qualified high school Drama and Dance teacher with over 15 years' experience as a classroom teacher, Head of Department, Head of Faculty and Teacher Trainer. For the past 5 years I have worked full-time on my freelance business and highly successful South Liverpool Drama School.

About the lesson

I am extremely passionate about acting and performance and hope to instil that love and passion within others. There is a vast and diverse range of techniques and skills to learn; the training of an actor is never complete, it is a lifetime’s work, and it should be fun and fulfilling. This is YOUR session. My current students range from hobbyists to amateurs to professionals and each of these sessions is student centred. With an extremely high success rate, I offer LAMDA qualifications, GCSE and A Level instruction and audition preparation. I offer a comprehensive Drama School audition preparation course. I also offer general or specific acting skills and techniques for beginners, students or professionals.

Deadly! Working with Judith has been a real eye-opener and a pleasure. I am beginning my acting journey from hobbyist to wanting to explore the art a bit more seriously, and Judith's coaching style, lesson plans, input, support and teaching of theory and fundamentals have been thoroughly enjoyable and helped me to progress each time we move from lesson to lesson. Judith is vivacious, warm and very easy to get along with and a delight to be in the company of. She draws on much from her own experience with acting, teaching and psychotherapeutic background and communicated this well to give a colourful and challenging learning process and is very relatable and inspiring. She has lots to offer for any student and I would highly recommend as a mentor, coach or teacher for any student of any level. I look forward very much to continuing my development with Judith.
