About Stuart
I’m an experienced biology tutor with a background in college-level teaching. I work mainly with A-Level and Access to Higher Education students who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to improve their exam performance.
My sessions are calm, structured and adapted to each learner. I focus on explaining concepts clearly, using visual explanations to help everything click. We also spend time on exam technique, mark schemes and common mistakes, so students know how to turn understanding into marks.
I aim to create a supportive and approachable environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence at their own pace. Lessons are focused but positive, with clear take-aways after every session so students know exactly what to revise and why.
