About Julien
I am an ESL tutor with 10 years of experience teaching high school and college students, committed to helping learners develop strong English communication skills and academic proficiency. My teaching philosophy centres on personalised learning, where every lesson is thoughtfully designed to meet the student’s individual goals, learning style, and pace.
I combine structured grammar and vocabulary lessons with interactive exercises, writing assignments, and speaking activities that incorporate real-life scenarios to make learning practical and meaningful. My ESL teaching methodology is built on the C³P framework: Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving. Creativity is encouraged through interactive storytelling, role-playing, and project-based activities that allow students to explore language with confidence and imagination.
