About Gary

I am a qualified teacher with a City and Guilds Diploma, Level 5 in Teacher Training and an undergraduate degree, BA HONS in Popular Music.

I have been teaching for eight years in a variety of roles including, teaching music one-to-one, from beginners to intermediate level qualifications in Rock School and Trinity grades, as well as GCSE music. This was conducted privately as well as through Redbridge Music Service for four years.

I also have my own 1-to-1 business as a Music Teacher providing lessons to children of all ages and ability which has given me a fairly broad range of teaching experience. I prepare students for music examinations ranging from Grades 1 to 8.

About the lesson

I teach students who want to play in bands, or just want to learn an instrument, tailoring each lesson to the needs of the individual student and their individual learning abilities. I am committed to help students achieve their individual goals and learn the guitar in a fun way.
