I am a professional teacher currently working overseas at one of the best private schools in the world. I have taught just about every science class to a myriad of students and at a high level. I excel at personalization and finding the right way for students to connect with the learning.
I like to laugh and have fun while teaching because if you're not laughing you're probably not learning. :)

I will find out what subject and level of course you are in. I will then ask you questions to find out what you know so far, where you are 'stuck', and where in the content you want to go. From there I will help figure out if there are any previous knowledge or skills you are missing or need to be refreshed/reminded of. From there, I will formatively determine which of a myriad of instructional approaches that will help you add the current content or skills to your existing knowledge base/schema. From there, we will assess to make sure you have actually learned the material and feel ready to take on whatever assessment is coming your way.
I can help students from middle school through intro classes in college. However, it's been so long that helping in advance university level science classes may be a bit of a stretch for me.
