About Helen

Providing consistent feedback while adjusting the pace of a lesson is how I ensure students never feel left behind. Truthfully, I sometimes spend too much time on a single formula because I want the derivation to be perfect. My background in Statistics from Stanford University informs how I teach scientific data and thermochemistry to keep things precise. 13 years of teaching experience means I know exactly where students hit a wall.
Reaction mechanisms become clear through constant practice. It is quite rewarding to watch a student finally grasp complex stoichiometry. I provide free access to my reaction-mechanism and formula notes to support this growth.
