About Latha

Mentored by Gurudev Praveen Rishi, a Jain monk, I have experienced transformations that have surprised me at a personal level. Wish to share and teach this knowledge for the benefits of humankind. Ancient wisdom from Jainism for modern-day problems attracted me and seeing firsthand results propelled me to train and teach this in a universal way crossing language barriers. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil, I am equipped to share this knowledge with contemporary relevance. With over 20 years of experience as a teacher of life skills, I have helped people find their ground and excel in their careers and personal lives. Backed by personal practice and mentored directly by my Guru I am blessed to suggest the right solutions.

About the lesson

Easy techniques with tangible results. Flexible sessions with individual attention. Follow-up and group sessions available for sustaining the practice. Both online and face-to-face sessions available. Special methods to address sleep issues, anxiety, focus, FOMO, breakups, relationship issues. Intense techniques for de-addiction that can be easily practiced. Emphasis on Prevention is better than cure model with a process-based meditation approach.
