Hi there, it's Ona here, passionate about Yoga, healthy live and Sports.
My goal to approach Yoga and its benefits to everybody.
Aside from something we can practice from time to time, it can become part of our lives.
A main focus on my clases is to establish self body awareness in order to achieve maximum control and efficiency.
My adjustments are supportive leaving space to discover and deepen into the posture.
Also performing Acroyoga and dancing workshops.
Always active and energetic I love surfing (I have lived many years in the Canary Islands), acrobatics, climbing and any challenging activity using mind and body.
Flexible on location with own transport
