About Carolina

I graduated from the school "Ashtanga Yoga Mysore" in India following a 200h course (Posture Teaching Technique, Anatomy, Pranayama, Philosophy), which completes her personal experience of 7 years. Born in Italy, I grew up between my country of origin and the United States, without feeling particularly attached to a single culture or place especially after the discovery of yoga which gave me the feeling that with a carpet, body and A healthy mind you can feel at home everywhere. In 2012, an inner voice prevails in my zone of comfort and guides me around the world in search of deepening my knowledge about yoga and other wellness practices: from therapeutic massage experimentation in Thailand to voluntary Bombing in Israel, researching the most environmentally friendly school in the world in Indonesia working in community fields in Hawaii, from the discovery of Jivamukti Yoga in NYC to my training as a teacher of Ashtanga Yoga in India. I have a deep respect for tradition but I constantly seek change. This is why I need to be every day on my carpet to follow the most orthodox Ashtanga Yoga discipline, the old one of the Indian school of my masters, and at the same time to experience other styles More modern, the Vinyasa Flow of the school Jivamukti Yoga or Anukalana Yoga, or the fusion of yoga with music as in the sequences of Yogance. Of all the experiences I have been able to go through, there is something immutable: I will always be a student of Yoga.

About the lesson

Traditional Ashtanga Yoga sessions in which your breathing and my voice will guide you through an uninterrupted sequence of postures that take place in a precise and fixed order. It is a dynamic, dynamic meditation that will give you benefits and a prolonged and stable psychic relaxation and a strong and energetic body. You can also decide to try more creative sessions that mix postures with music and Thai massage during the final relaxation. The most important will always be your breathing.
