I'm Hari, a passionate yoga practitioner dedicated to sharing how Yoga can bring calm, balance, and real joy into daily life. I believe yoga is for everyone, no matter your age or experience. My goal is to guide you gently, with patience and kindness, so you discover the true peace within yourself.

About the lesson

In my classes, Yoga is more than a physical exercise. It's a mindful journey. I guide students to connect breath, body, and mind with simple yet powerful techniques. Each session includes warm-ups, guided postures, breath awareness, deep relaxation, and practical tools for daily life. I welcome all levels, creating a calm, supportive space for true inner peace.
