About Sharath
My journey of yoga started from my neighborhood and it lead to Rishikesh, the heart of yoga- where I learnt the Philosophical part of yoga from Sivananda Ashram.
It lead me deep into the yoga which made this subject very interesting.
Further did yoga instructor course from Svyasa, Bangalore.
Completed Bachelor's of yoga from the Svyasa and pursuing 4th semester Master's from the same institute.
Along with this did few workshops for kids, corporate professionals.
