I have extensive hands-on experience working in professional kitchens, where I have developed strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen organization, sanitation, and teamwork. Throughout my career, I have worked in fast-paced environments that required precision, consistency, and attention to detail while preparing a wide variety of dishes.

My experience includes menu preparation, ingredient handling, knife skills, proper food safety and sanitation practices, time management, and maintaining high-quality standards during service. I am passionate about sharing the knowledge and techniques I have gained with others in a way that is engaging, practical, and easy to understand.

As a culinary instructor, I focus on building students’ confidence while teaching essential cooking fundamentals, professional kitchen practices, and creative culinary techniques. My goal is to help students develop the skills needed to succeed in the kitchen, whether they are learning to cook at home, preparing for culinary school, or pursuing a career in the food industry.
