About Marcelle
I started teaching at a young age, fresh out of University. With my bachelor's degree in education, I had the privilege to teach 5-year-olds the subjects such as Life Skills, Mathematics, English, and Afrikaans. After that, I taught grade 2's for 4 years and that is where I found my place in the system. Having 35 learners in your class for the whole day and 97% pass rate is what we as teachers live for. My approach is to educate learners using their 5 senses and with a lot of physical interaction. Meaning if you can jump or clap it then we have a head start.

Personalized and creative approach using phonetic awareness approach to teach English and Afrikaans. Apart from teaching languages, I teach Life Skills as a subject where it involves English. If you are totally new to English or Afrikaans, then I can most certainly help you achieve your language goals. Or if you want to expand your vocabulary, grammar too. To teach is a gift and most definitely to create a better future for you or achieve the smallest goals that you set for yourself. My lessons are interactive and engaging. You most definitely will gain skills such as: Life skills, reading and writing, listening and speaking. If you are between the ages of 5 and 14 years old, I can assist. My purpose in life is to teach.
