About Noha
As a dedicated and experienced maths tutor, I am passionate about helping students from diverse backgrounds succeed. Through supporting high school students, including those from refugee backgrounds, I have developed a patient, empathetic and flexible teaching style. My work as a teacher aide has strengthened my ability to tailor learning to individual needs and build students’ confidence.
I am fluent in Arabic and also speak Chaldean and Assyrian, which allows me to meaningfully support students who are multilingual or new to English. I strive to create an inclusive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and engaging with challenging concepts.

I explain maths concepts step by step, use real-life examples and visual materials to make learning clear, and encourage students to ask questions and practise regularly. I provide positive feedback to build confidence and adapt my approach based on each student’s progress and needs. I currently offer one-hour maths lessons for Years 9–11 during class time, supporting students under the guidance of their teacher.
