About Aswathi Ramesh

I am an Ayurveda doctor who has well knowledge in the field of yoga which is originated in ancient India including asanas and pranayama. Also practicing yogic management of diseases.
Certified in yoga under Ministry of AYUSH.
Studied BAMS under Kerala University Of Health Science.

About the lesson

(1) Theory class include yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and samadhi.

(2) practical class on Hathayoga with demonstration of asanas

(3) mastering the art of 101 surya namaskara

(4) meditation for stress, depression and anxiety

(5) Asanas for weight loss

(6) management of lifestyle disorders like pcod and pcos
