About Femologia

Preparing people to lead a healthier life. I help you to complete your goals based on functional trainings in which we work the complete body (full body workouts). My methodology consists of mental strength and fun, learning why we should take care of ourselves. Change habits, small changes add a great result. We will find your best version. You will gain strength, energy, agility, confidence, flexibility and lose weight. My experience begins in 2016 specialized with people with overweight. Teaching group and personal classes with specific and personalized approaches. Experience in Mexico, London and Barcelona. Classes in English and Spanish. We can all improve our quality of life if we do not propose it that way. All levels welcome. About the lesson

I am inspired by the extraordinary human body and how it adapts to our habits. Do not worry if you do not feel like changing, all the small changes add great results. Specialized in overweight people with an attitude of changing their lives based on basic exercises and simple movements that will help the motor of our body, as well as recovering the condition and reflexes.

Deadly! Hace más de un mes que Dany me da clases y es increíble lo que me ha hecho conseguir. Sus clases personalizadas y muy bien preparadas han conseguido que vaya moldeándome, coger fuerza, agilidad y fondo. Estoy muy contenta. Dany es muy simpática, profesional, y te ayuda muchísimo a nivel físico y psicológico. Te motiva muchísimo y va subiendo el nivel de los ejercicios gradualmente. Me noto con muchísima energía y fuerza. Los ejercicios están muy estudiados para ir subiendo la intensidad y acaba la clase con estiramientos que evitan las odiadas agujetas.
Espero poder tenerla durante mucho tiempo y conseguir el objetivo de un cuerpo sano y tonificado. Ya he empezado a notarlo.
Totalmente recomendable. Está muy preparada para dar estas clases y es muy profesional y cumplidora.
Ha conseguido que me encante hacer deporte y espero sus sesiones con muchas ganas.
