Yoga instructor (200YTT) with 1 year of experience working in studio and 14 years working in gyms offers yoga for beginner and experienced yogis. I can come to your house and I also offer classes in my home.

The classes are from Hatha Vinyasa. What is Vinyasa yoga? In Vinyasa Yoga each variation is linked to the following by a succession of specific transitional movements, synchronized with the breath.
