About Aarush
I earned an MSc in Environmental Biology and have spent 8 years teaching biological sciences to students at various academic levels. My fascination with biology began through observing the diversity of life and the intricate relationships that exist within ecosystems. This curiosity inspired me to pursue advanced study and later a career in education.
Throughout my teaching journey, I have supported learners preparing for examinations, university studies, and broader scientific exploration. I believe biology should be taught through understanding, observation, and inquiry. By creating a supportive learning environment, I help students develop confidence and a deeper appreciation for scientific thinking.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about conservation science, ecological research, and developments in environmental sustainability. These interests allow me to bring current scientific topics into lessons and show students how biology continues to shape our understanding of the natural world. Helping learners grow in confidence and curiosity is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

Biology offers a fascinating opportunity to understand the living world and the processes that sustain life. My lessons cover topics such as ecology, genetics, cell biology, physiology, evolution, and biodiversity through clear explanations and engaging discussions. I focus on helping students understand how biological systems function and interact rather than simply memorising facts. This creates stronger understanding and long-term retention.
Lessons are tailored to suit each student’s needs and academic goals. Some learners focus on building confidence with foundational concepts, while others work on developing scientific analysis and examination skills. I use diagrams, case studies, research examples, and guided questioning to help students think critically and connect concepts across different areas of biology.
I encourage learners to explore biology with curiosity and an open mind. Understanding living systems helps students appreciate the complexity of nature and the importance of scientific discovery. My goal is to help students develop confidence in their knowledge, strengthen scientific reasoning skills, and become more engaged with the world around them.
