About Tilly
I’m a biologist with a passion for science communication and environmental science. Learning can be long so I work to make it as creative, fun and engaging as possible. I have experience tutoring all ages and love to build a good rapport with students so that they feel comfortable asking all of the questions they might not in class. Biology is brilliant, trust me on this one.

I base my classes on a core principle/topic and work to demonstrate it visually. By covering basics numerous times in different ways, I hope to develop a strong core foundation that can be applied to any exam questions/problems that you might encounter. If there’s something specific that you’re struggling to overcome, then we can use activities, illustrations and demonstrations to break it down until it makes sense. I’m all about patience and deconstruction in order to understand.
